We are building cost-effective robots for everyone. If you like
making code, hardware, data, and AI work together in the real
world, we would love to hear from you.

Build the software systems and AI models that make our
robots useful: VLA training, offline data processing
pipelines, model architecture design, model evaluation,
modern feedback control, computer vision, and firmware.
This role is for someone who is strongest in software
and AI but knows how to reassemble the robot when their
policy smashes the robot arm against the table.
$150k-$250k base & 1-3% equity, depending on experience
and fit.
Design, build, test, and iterate the mechatronics
systems behind our robots: hand mechanisms, data
collection gloves, sensorized wearables, actuators,
robot arms, mobile bases, firmware, PCBs, and
field-ready prototypes.
This role is for someone who is strongest in
mechatronics and prototyping but can debug their
vibe-coded dynamometer Python code.

and fit.
Help teach robots real-world picking and packing tasks
by generating high-quality demonstration data with our
sensorized glove, camera system, and robot teleoperation
tools.
This is hands-on, repetitive physical work: packing mock
grocery orders, teleoperating the robot through the same
tasks, following detailed instructions, and giving
feedback on new tasks and hardware.
Great for someone 18 or older who is reliable,
detail-oriented, comfortable being on their feet for 3-4
hours, and available in person in Mountain View. No
robotics experience required.

Lead the day-to-day operation that teaches robots
real-world tasks, managing our part-time data collector
team as it scales from a handful of people to 20-30+.
Own scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training,
attendance, productivity, and data quality, while
bridging between the collectors, founders, and technical
team.
Great for someone who has managed hourly teams in
restaurant, retail, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics,
or similar operations, and can run a fast-moving
in-person workflow with minimal oversight.
